**Additional requirements include the following:

1. To earn the USDOL Registered Apprenticeship Certificate a student must be 18 years of age, apply to become an apprentice, complete all the courses above, complete 2000 hours OJL at an approved employer including workplace competency checklist and completion of the American Culinary Federation apprenticeship portal, and submit completion application to USDOL according to the defined process.
