Students pursuing this certificate are waived from the Texas Success Initiative (TSI) standards, but must meet course prerequisites.
Complete at least 25% of the credit hours required for graduation through instruction by Dallas College.

This certificate will examine introductory to complex virtualization concepts and configurations and troubleshooting tools. Upon completion of each course, the student will have acquired skills needed to prepare for certification exams to become VMWare VCP certified.

ITNW 1313 - Computer Virtualization (3 Credit Hours)
ITNW 2355 - Server Virtualization (3 Credit Hours)

Upon completion of each course, the student is eligible to take the appropriate VCP (VMWare Certified Professional) credentialing exam.
