This 20 credit hour program is designed to prepare individuals to perform the duties of a medical assistant who can function in an acute care clinical setting or physician’s office in the areas of: medical office administration, clinical lab procedures, examining room assisting and physician’s office laboratory procedures. The student may elect to complete the program either as a block CEU program or as a credit certificate program.
