Construction managers work in all phases of the construction business - public and private owners; small multi-family projects to the largest of skyscrapers and industrial projects; rural highways to major interstates. Whatever the project, CMs keep the project on track and within budget. Working closely with architects, engineers, owners and the various contractors on a job, the construction manager’s duties are varied, challenging, and rewarding, both emotionally and financially. The Rising Construction Manager Level I Certificate will provide students with the foundational skills to continue working towards the Construction Management AAS.
