The Associate of Applied Science Degree in Human Resources Management is designed for students seeking a program of study in all phases of human resource management practices. This degree focuses not only on the core of management (principles of management, organizational behavior, and preparation for the Human Resources Certification Institute Associate Professional in Human Resources certification examinations) but also encompasses the critical areas of human resources operations.
