Students pursuing this certificate are waived from the Texas Success Initiative (TSI) standards, but must meet course prerequisites.
Complete at least 25% of the credit hours required for graduation through instruction by Dallas College.

The Software Application Specialist Certificate provides a benchmark for students to measure their computer skills using Microsoft Office software. Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) Certifications provide students with valuable credentials and add a competitive edge for those who master required competencies.

Students who previously passed specific Microsoft Office Specialist exams will be eligible to receive credit for equivalent courses. Consult the Business Technology advisor for details.
