  •     Students pursuing this award program are required to meet Texas Success Initiative (TSI) standards and course prerequisites.
  •     Complete at least 25% of the credit hours required for graduation through instruction by Dallas College.

The Software Development BAT will prepare students to work in the Software Development industry. Most coding-oriented classes include a lab component in which students will gain knowledge and develop skills required to work in the Software Development industry. Additional skills gained in upper-level courses include Machine Learning and Data Analytics as it relates to Software Development. Upon completion of the program, it is expected that learners will have appropriate skills to start and/or advance in their specialized careers.
