The Associate of Applied Science in Forensic Science provides students with a comprehensive foundation in crime scene investigation, death investigation, evidence collection, and forensic analysis. Unlike the shorter certificate , this degree includes additional courses in laboratory sciences and general education, offering a broader preparation for the forensic field.
Graduates are prepared for employment with law enforcement agencies, crime laboratories, medical examiner’s offices, and related organizations. The program also serves as a pathway to advanced study in forensic science, criminal justice, or allied health fields.
