The transcript of credit is a chronological listing of college credit classes attempted at Dallas College. All credit courses taken at any of the seven campuses are listed on a common transcript which can be requested from Dallas College. The transcript is official if the document is imprinted with the college seal and signature of the College Registrar. It includes both GPA(1) and GPA(2).
Effective March 2013, lower level transfer credit from other institutions are included on the transcript.
Transcripts are available to all Dallas College students and alumni who have taken courses for credit. Electronic transcripts are available for free and paper transcripts are $5.00 each. Visit the Admissions/Registrar’s Office at any Dallas College campus with questions about transcripts or to request your (paper or electronic) transcript in person. A photo ID is required.
If you prefer coming to the campus to acquire your transcript, it will be printed upon your arrival.
Transcripts will be released only if all obligations to Dallas College have been settled.
