BNKG 1359 - Loan Servicing (3 Credit Hours)

This course examines how mortgage lenders handle loans from the time a loan is closed until the final payment is made. The course focuses on the legal aspects and actual procedures used in the daily operations of the loan servicing function. Topics include escrow accounting, contract servicing, governmental regulations, taxing authorities and establishing tax rates and economic impacts of delinquency.
