CNBT 1374 - Estimating for Residential Building (3 Credit Hours)

Designed to train the construction worker in the preparation of cost estimates for residential structures. Topics include mathematics, construction techniques, estimating cycle, data sources and use, checklists, and detailed unit quantity estimating methods. Emphasis will be on establishing residential material requirements.
