DMSO 1441 - Abdominopelvic Sonography (4 Credit Hours)

Normal anatomy and physiology of the abdominal and pelvic cavities as related to scanning techniques, transducer selection and scanning protocols.
Prerequisites: Recommended : Admission to the Diagnostic Medical Sonography Program. Completion of all previous support and DMSO program courses. Grade of 70 or better in all previous sonography courses. Grade of 80 or better is required in practicum courses.
