DMSO 2253 - Sonography of Superficial Structures (2 Credit Hours)

Campus Location: ECC

Detailed study of normal and pathological superficial structures as related to scanning techniques, patient history and laboratory data, transducer selection, and scanning protocols.

Prerequisites: Recommended : Admission to the Diagnostic Medical Sonography Program. Completion of all previous support and DMSO program courses. Grade of 70 or better in all previous sonography courses. Grade of 80 or better is required in practicum courses.
