EDEC 3305 - Prenatal and Infant Development (3 Credit Hours) Campus Location: BHC, CVC, EFC, ECC, MVC, NLC, RLC
Study of how to promote the psychomotor, social emotional and cognitive-language development of infants from the prenatal period through the first two years in their interactions with caregivers, peers and the environment. (Important: Course is approved by SACSCOC beginning Fall 2022.)
Prerequisites: Required : Concurrent enrollment and acceptance into the Educator Preparation Program (EPP) is required or consent of department dean. A minimum of a 2.75 GPA is required for all upper-level courses in the BAS (Bachelor of Applied Science) ECE (Early Childhood Education) program. Background Search Required: No
