PHED 1104 - Beginning Softball (1 Credit Hours)

Course content includes the basic playing skills of softball at the beginner level, as well as rules, strategies, safety, offensive and defensive elements, and competitive activities. These common elements will be applied to fast pitch, slow pitch, and coed softball.
