PSTR 1343 - Bakery Operations and Management (3 Credit Hours)


Campus Location: BHC, CVC, EFC, ECC, MVC, NLC, RLC

Introduction to management, marketing, supervision and sanitation principles required in retail and wholesale bakery operations. Emphasis on cost control, pricing, computer usage and personnel issues. Licensing/Certification Agency: American Culinary Federation Educational Institute.

Prerequisites: Required : PSTR 1301  with a “C” or better.
