A broad-based introduction to the principles and skills required for the management of expositions. Examination of the fundamental business philosophy of expositions and their position in the marketplace. An overview of the major issues in exposition management including needs assessment, budget strategies, site selection, floor plan development, contractor relationships, sales and marketing and related management issues.
