  • Students pursuing this award program are required to meet Texas Success Initiative (TSI)  standards and course prerequisites.
  • Complete at least 25% of the credit hours required for graduation through instruction by Dallas College.

The program in real estate is designed to develop the fundamental skills, attitudes and experiences which enable the student to function in decision-making positions in the real estate profession. Successful completion of the program leads to the Associate of Applied Science Degree and may be applied toward licensing requirements as determined by the Texas Real Estate Commission.
